This retreat offers a fully integrated approach to wellbeing. You will calm, focus, and open your mind with
walking meditations, facilitated dialogues, and contemplative writing. Immersion in the natural world will
awaken your senses and promote emotional balance, compassion, and peace. The program is a unique
blend of traditional philosophy, contemporary science, and the Sedona Philosophy method, which uses the
amazing natural environment to unlock personal growth and transformation.

At Sedona’s treasured Red Rock State Park, the hiking ranges from easy to expert, and includes ADA
accessible trails. The outdoor experience is tailored to meet the needs of each individual, and regardless of
ability, you will enjoy the soothing sounds of Oak Creek, as you take in Sedona's majestic Red Rock

Your philosophy guide for the weekend will be Andrea.
